A. HOW TO SHOP

1. Place an order

Please read and follow  the below instructions for placing an order with Mauzan.

NEW CUSTOMERS

For your security, if it is the first time you place an order please register your account with accurate details to avoid delays in processing the order. Please also make sure to enter your contacts accurately, so we can communicate with you if we need to.

REGISTERED CUSTOMERS

If you already have an account, please log in using your email and password and you will be directly routed to the first of the 'Checkout' page.

HOW TO ORDER

Buying on Online Store Mauzan is very simple: if you already know what interests you, use the specific link in the categories such as Abayas, Ready to Wear, Accessories, Fragrances & Gifts.  Once you find an item you wish to order, select the correct attributes and click the “Add to Shopping Bag” button. You will see the leaders selected by clicking on 'Shopping Bag' on the top of the page. From the Shopping Bag you can directly edit product details (quantity), remove them in case you change your mind, or add products to your Wishlist. To complete your order, click on 'Proceed to Checkout'.

BILLING AND SHIPPING

Enter your billing details as they appear on your statement of your credit card. Your credit card will not be accepted without the appropriate billing address and a phone number. Unless you are a new customer, your billing address will automatically appear in the Billing and Shipping page. If the shipping address is different from the billing address, enter the address to which you want your order is shipped.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

Select the shipping method for the product or products you want to buy from the list of options provided. For more information on shipping, click here.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

At this point, you will need to verify that the address is correct, review your order and then select the method of payment and click 'Continue Checkout'.

ORDER REVIEW

After you have entered your billing and shipping details in the 'Order Review' you will find a summary of the products you are buying and the grand total. Click on 'Place Order' to complete the Checkout.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once you complete the checkout, the page 'Order Confirmation' you'll find the details regarding your order, such as the order number and a link to print a copy of your order confirmation mentioning the delivery, payment and the summary of your order with the total amount. You will also receive an order confirmation email with details of your order and a link to track its progress. Once your products will be shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with details of the product or products that have been shipped.

2. Modify or Cancel an order

If you are making an order under the Distance Selling Regulations (DSRs), you have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours from the time of order placed. For more information, please visit our section Returns and Exchanges or send your queries to [email protected].

After we receive your notice of cancellation or modification, our Customer Service will send you an acknowledgement email.

3. Payment methods accepted

Payment of your order can be made by debit/credit card. We accept payments with:

4. Tracking your order.

You can check the current status of your order by signing into your account and visiting the 'My Account' section.

B. SHIPPING INFORMATION

We are currently delivering only to GCC countries and offer different shipping options to meet your needs.
During Sales Promotion period, deliveries may take 3 or 5 working days longer than usual.

1. Shipping Methods and Costs

To offer you the best service and ensure fast deliveries we ship with FedEx. Shipping rates vary based upon shipment type, destination (please see the details) and your rate will be automatically calculated at checkout.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 10 working days. Estimated delivery times are to be used only as a reference and will commence from the shipping date; we are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

 Important Delivery Information

We recommend that you consider the following information:

  • All orders require a signature upon receipt.
  • We are unable to redirect orders once items have been shipped, so please ensure there is someone who can sign for your order at the specified shipping address.

2. Free Shipping

From time to time, we run free shipping promotions which will be notified by email. Please note that free shipping promotions will be applied to your order at checkout.
In the event that you need to return an item that you bought during a free shipping promotion, we will not consider the outbound shipping costs (since this was free) and you will be charged a return shipping fee as usual.

3. Guest Check Out

If you would like to purchase our products without any registration process, you can proceed as a Guest and can do the purchase by providing the proper communication and billing details.

4. First Time Orders

For your security, if it is the first time you place an order please register your account with accurate details to avoid delays in processing the order. Please also make sure to enter your contacts accurately, so we can communicate with you if we need to.

5. Insurance

We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you are not the receiver of your purchase (for example a gift order) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.

6. Tracking your Shipment

Mauzan will send you the tracking no. by email once your order has been dispatched.

7. Taxes and Duties

Pricing and delivery costs are displayed while browsing our site.

Taxes and Duties will be applied as per the custom duty regulations of the destination Country.

C. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

MAUZAN aims to guarantee your full satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return and exchange purchased products within 7 working days from the date you receive it.

Items purchased from Mauzan Online store cannot be returned or exchanged in Mauzan Retail stores.

1. How to return an item?

You can return an item up to seven (7) working days from the date you receive the products by a Return Authorization Form (download here for the form). The filled Return Authorization Form shall be forwarded to [email protected].

We will confirm receipt of your request by email, along with your Return Confirmation Number.

The products to be returned must be picked up by the courier within seven (7) working days from the date when you receive the Return Confirmation Number. The products can be returned by sending the parcel with the courier indicated by Mauzan, or through another courier, only after you have received the Return Confirmation Number.
It is not possible to return any other item other than the ones mentioned in the Return Authorization Form.

*Perfumes cannot be returned once opened or used.

2. Terms and Conditions of a return item.

The right to return products shall be deemed correctly exercised once the following conditions have been fully met:

A. The return authorization form must be correctly filled in and sent to Mauzan within seven (7) working days from the date of receiving the product.
B. The products should not have been used, worn, washed or damaged.
C. The identification tag must still be attached to the products with the disposable seal. All products sold by Mauzan include an identification tag with a disposable seal, which is an integral part of the item. Please try the products without removing the tag and seal. Returned products without the tag or seal will not be accepted.
D. The products must be returned in their original packaging; complete with any accessories sent together with the item (e.g. suit covers).
E. Returned products must be sent from the country that you submitted the order from.
F. The returned items must be picked up by the courier within seven (7) working days from the date when you receive the Return Confirmation Number.
If you have met all the conditions requested, Mauzan will process the exchange of the products purchased. You will be notified if the returned products cannot be accepted due to failure to comply with the conditions set out above. In this case, you may choose to have the products returned to you at your own expense. If you refuse this delivery, Mauzan reserves the right to retain the products and the amount paid for your purchase of the products.

3. Shipping.

Returns can be sent through the courier recommended by Mauzan, using the pre-printed label and following the instructions enclosed in the package. This method allows Mauzan to pay for the delivery on your behalf, withholding the cost of the delivery of the products to your home from the order value. If you decide to use a different courier to the one indicated by Mauzan, you will have to pay for the cost of return shipping upfront and you will be responsible in case of loss or damage to the products during transport.

4. Exchange procedures.

After Mauzan has received the returned products and checked that all the requirements have been met, you will receive an email confirming acceptance.
Upon acceptance, it’s under the discretion of Mauzan to decide the further steps of exchange which would be fixing the product if possible or issuing a voucher code* which can be used to make a replacement order.
*Voucher code is valid for one month from the date of issue and can be used only once.
