As a cashier, you are responsible to provide a high-quality service experience, in a professional and efficient manner, to all guests with the goal of maximizing customer satisfaction.
Duties and responsibilities:
Responsible to maintain daily accounts and reconciliation of the daily transactions.
Responsible to manage all the cash and credit card transactions.
To ensure tallying of cash at the start and end of the day.
Maintaining detailed records of orders, collected cash and daily sales report.
Provide efficient, prompt, trouble-free and courteous service to all customers.
Establish good customer relations and resolve minor quest complaints.
Be receptive to customer feedback and suggestions as well as recommend to management ways to improve service.
Promote additional sales by taking opportunities to up-sell, in a manner that is professional and courteous.
Follow the brand SOPs and guidelines at all times.
Ensure that the highest standards of hygiene, dress, appearance, body language and conduct are maintained.
Responsible for all incoming calls to answer immediately and politely.
Monitor the mobile log and the key log if all staff has submitted the shop key and their phones
Cash count all the cash available on the safe and take the float with the witness.
Closing the register with the standard procedure
Dar should be completed before leaving the store
Perform other related duties as assigned by the Senior Management.
